§64-40-1.  General.

	1.1.  Scope.  --  This rule establishes the requirements governing the construction, installation and operation of manufactured home communities.

	1.2.  Authority.  --  W. Va. Code §16-1-4.

	1.3.  Filing Date.  --  May 2, 2012.

	1.4.  Effective Date.  --  May 2, 2012.
