10 Tex. Admin. Code §§ 8.1–8.6 § 8.1
The purpose of the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Program (811 PRA Program) is to provide federally funded project-based rental assistance to participating multifamily properties on behalf of extremely low-income persons with disabilities linked with long term services provided through a formalized partnership with other state of Texas agencies that provide health and human services.
