Under Nev. Rev. Stat. ch. 118B § 118B.025, Nevada's Administrator is required to gather economic and demographic information from every manufactured home park in the state on a yearly basis. For Property Managers

Nev. Rev. Stat. ch. 118B § 118B.025 places an annual reporting obligation on manufactured home park operators, who are expected to supply rent and vacancy data for each lot type using the form prescribed by the Administrator. Compliant operators keep accurate records of current rents and vacancy rates so they can respond to the official data-collection form when it is issued each year.

For Tenants

Nev. Rev. Stat. ch. 118B § 118B.025 creates a public record of rent levels and vacancy rates across Nevada's manufactured home parks, which can serve as a useful reference when evaluating whether conditions at a particular park are consistent with broader market trends. Tenants who want to understand how this data is collected or accessed may contact the Nevada Manufactured Housing Division or reach out to a local tenant-rights organization for guidance.
