Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 111 §§127A–127P — State Sanitary Code Adoption and Enforcement
The statutory authority for the State Sanitary Code (105 CMR 410): §127A adopts minimum standards by reference, subsequent sections govern enforcement, inspection, tenant rights to withhold rent, and receivership. §§127H and 127M are repealed.
