Idaho Code § 67-6539 — Limitations on Regulation of Short-Term Rentals

Idaho Code § 67-6539 (the one in-scope section of the 53-section Local Land Use Planning Act): a county or city may not prohibit short-term rentals, impose different restrictions than on single-family dwellings, or (subsection (5)) require a license, fee, permit, certification or registration to operate one.
