This information must be kept current and updated upon a tenant's request, and the obligation carries over to any successor landlord or manager. Additionally, tenants must receive written notice of any rent increase at least sixty days in advance, and landlords operating recreational vehicle park trailer spaces must furnish tenants with a copy of the applicable Arizona recreational vehicle long-term rental space act.
Plain English — not legal advice.
Operators subject to A.R.S. § 33-2101 et seq. § 33-2122 generally provide written disclosure of the property manager's and owner's contact information—including any agent authorized to receive legal notices—before a rental agreement is executed. Compliant operators keep this information current and re-furnish it whenever a tenant requests it, and they ensure the same disclosures are made by any successor owner or manager. For recreational vehicle park trailer spaces, compliant operators also provide tenants with a copy of the Arizona recreational vehicle long-term rental space act before the agreement is signed, and they deliver written rent-increase notices at least sixty days in advance by first-class mail, certified mail, or personal delivery.

A.R.S. § 33-2101 et seq. § 33-2122 gives tenants the right to receive written disclosure of who manages the property and who owns it—along with any agent authorized to accept legal notices—before signing a rental agreement. Tenants are also entitled to at least sixty days' written notice before any rent increase takes effect, and may request that this contact information be updated at any time. If a landlord or manager fails to provide the required disclosures, the provision makes those individuals subject to service of process and potentially responsible for performing landlord obligations; tenants who believe these rights have been violated may wish to consult a tenant-rights organization or seek guidance from a local legal aid office about available remedies.
