Plain English — not legal advice.
Syracuse Rev. Gen. Ord. ch. 27, art. I § 27-4 means that the procedural rules and forms governing code compliance are set by the director and can be updated over time. Operators who manage rental properties in Syracuse generally stay current with any interpretations or procedural guidance issued by the director's office, since those documents shape how the code is administered and enforced. Checking the director's office for the latest forms and rules is a standard part of maintaining compliance.
