For Property Managers

Under § 560-6, property owners in Canandaigua are expected to maintain continuous compliance with all provisions of Chapter 560, since every day a violation persists is counted as a new offense. A compliant operator promptly addresses any identified deficiencies to avoid accumulating daily fines of up to $250 per violation. Operators generally keep records of corrective actions taken so they can demonstrate timely resolution if a violation is ever alleged.
