North Las Vegas Code of Ordinances Chapter 8.80 — Chronic Nuisances

North Las Vegas Code of Ordinances Chapter 8.80 "Chronic Nuisances" (6 operative sections, §§8.80.010-.060): general nuisance-abatement ordinance against property owners, triggered by 3+ "nuisance activity" instances in any 90-day period, with civil penalties up to $500/day and lien-based cost recovery. Included specifically because of its interaction with NRS 118A.515(3) (already ingested, us_nv.nrs_118a), which voids any local ordinance conflicting with the state anti-retaliation protection for tenants requesting emergency assistance — §§8.80.010-.060, read in full, contain no carve-out for emergency-assistance or domestic-violence-related police contact within the "nuisance activity" definition. Published as real, enacted local law; the conflict is recorded as a preemption row, not resolved by omission (scripts/add-nv-preemption-row.ts).
