For Property Managers

Under Lincoln, Neb., Mun. Code ch. 21.05 § 21.05.030, property owners and operators of residential structures are expected to maintain their premises in compliance with the minimum standards set out in the locally amended International Property Maintenance Code. Compliant operators generally ensure that their properties meet baseline conditions for light, ventilation, space, heating, sanitation, and fire safety.
