Under § 17-26, operators of mobile home parks in Bellevue, Nebraska are expected to ensure that outdoor clothes-drying facilities are available to residents in some form. If a centralized outdoor drying area is chosen, compliant parks generally maintain at least 2,500 square feet of that space per 100 mobile home lots. Parks that instead equip individual spaces with their own drying facilities satisfy the requirement at the unit level, and operators typically document which approach they have implemented to demonstrate compliance.
