For Property Managers

Bellevue, Neb., Code of Ordinances ch. 15, art. VI § 15-216 establishes procedural requirements that apply when a discriminatory housing complaint is filed against a property owner or manager. A compliant operator generally ensures that any formal answer submitted in response to a complaint is verified under oath and addresses the stated facts. Understanding this timeline and verification requirement helps operators respond appropriately if a complaint is initiated.

For Tenants

Bellevue, Neb., Code of Ordinances ch. 15, art.
