Plain English — not legal advice.
Bellevue, Neb., Code of Ordinances ch. 15, art. IV § 15-115 places the disposal obligation on occupants, but compliant property operators generally ensure that adequate, code-compliant garbage disposal facilities and storage containers are available and accessible to all residents. Maintaining those facilities in good working order supports occupant compliance with the sanitary disposal requirement. Operators typically document the availability and condition of waste containers as part of routine property management.
