Evanston, Ill., City Code § 5 § 5-4-1-6
(A) The city manager, or his/her designee, shall administer this chapter and may promulgate regulations to carry out its enforcement with the review of the city council. An application fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per unit shall be charged for new or conversion condominiums. This is in addition to other applicable fees. Said fee does not apply to the resale of individual units by any owners.
(B) The city manager, or his/her designee, shall submit an annual report to the city council which provides comprehensive data and other documentation on the development of new and conversion condominiums.
