A. Every owner of a dwelling containing two or more dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition the shared or public areas of the dwelling and premises thereof. B. It is the duty of the owner of every dwelling containing two or more dwelling units to notify the Bridgeport health department in writing of: 1. the person authorized to manage the premises and 2. the person who is authorized to receive all notices, demands and service of process. Such name, address and telephone number shall be kept current.
